Catriona works on the NDP team as the Head of Listings. Her goal is to help sellers find the right individual to carry on their legacy, while assisting buyers to fulfill a lifelong dream of owning their own business. Catriona’s main role is to locate buyers for clients who are selling their practices. She is responsible for marketing, screening and coordinating communications with potential clients, their team and the seller until an offer has been negotiated and fully executed.
Catriona MacLachlan studied business management, entrepreneurship and leadership at Clemson University. Upon graduation, Catriona joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts and spent a large portion of her career in the insurance industry. She made the move from Boston to Dallas in 2013.
Steve Jobs once said, “Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle.”
