DSO/Private Equity Sales

While we believe strongly in private ownership, we also know that each transition scenario and each individuals’ financial and non-financial goals are different. We know life AFTER sale matters too.

We know that as the dental industry changes ensuring our clients understand all of their options furthers our goal to empower with education. Understanding the power of profitability, patient and referral relationships, and a practice’s geographic demographics and the best fit of a buyer is an important element in your transition journey.

If selling to a DSO or PE group (a “Corporate Buyer”) is something you have considered or something you are exploring, our team understands that while price is important, the distinct factors that define value to you are or that comprise a deal go beyond the financial impact. A buyer looks for opportunity to continue the success of a seller and prove their own value through growth and a seller looks to transition the practice they build in a way that keeps their relationships and allows them to exit on their own terms.
