How does this work if I am looking for an opportunity?
Our FREE service is a valuable resource to any doctor or dental student in search of a position. We offer established opportunities throughout the country for a variety of situations (including eventual partnership or buyout, in many cases), and also assist with finding a position in the desired area if we do not already have one (or more) available. We provide our services in all 50 states and cater to all specialties and experience levels. Candidates are encouraged to browse our map of open positions, as well as register with us to get the placement process started. Our process is designed to focus on each candidate’s specific wants and needs in terms of desired earnings, location, type of practice, opportunity for eventual partnership/ownership and any other detail important to the job seeker.
How does this work if I am looking for an associate?
Utilizing our services to search for an associate is simple, effective and straightforward. Our initial step will be to discuss the search over the phone in order to learn about the situation creating the need for an associate, details about the practice and the criteria that the hiring doctor is looking for in an associate. Once the hiring doctor has opted to utilize our services, we will send a link to have the doctor complete our online practice questionnaire designed to give us the information we need to effectively market the opportunity to interested associates. After completing these steps, we will make our candidate pool of thousands aware of the opportunity and begin screening candidates prior to submittal for interview. We will also walk the hiring doctor through the process of making an offer and bringing the new doctor on board. There is never a fee to the hiring doctor unless we place a doctor in their practice.
