Dawn joined NDP in 2017 and provides valuation services to clients as Head of Valuation. A significant step in the seller’s journey, she performs a thorough analysis of the financials and assesses the risk of a practice in order to place a market value on the dental practice.
Dawn received her Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Organizational Development and her Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences from the University of Texas at Tyler. She is a Certified Valuation Analyst and a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
She is also a Licensed Vocational Nurse and began her career working for an oral and maxillofacial surgeon as a clinical nurse manager, implant coordinator, and primary surgical nurse. After almost 22 years with the same practice, Dawn transitioned to the educational arena of the field to teach aspiring medical assistants as an instructor with Concorde Career College.
Dawn’s firsthand knowledge of the dental industry combined with her many years of nursing and management experience make her an ideal resource to facilitate the many transition services NDP offers.

Dawn and her husband enjoy traveling and exploring the local art galleries, bass fishing and sharing a great cup of coffee together.
